Man i need to drink more electrolites. When i get dehydrated and my sodium gets low my sugar rushes and im too quick to post. Then all this weird stuff just happens. I blame you Irish, you like to egg me on and i do not need more protein. My uric acid levels are starting to rise again, i can feel it in my metatarsals. Thats from all the protein, and i rarely eat meats now. Damn you deep fried tofu you mysteriously taste so good all the while pretending to be health food with your high levels of protein. My mental capacitors seem to overflow and the center cannot hold the levels of bs floating around the tank. Why i need to drink more water and float that shit out.

fluids... its all about flushing with plenty of fluids. But as I age I can totally feel the effects of the food that I eat and I DO feel better after exercising and eating healthy. However I am still an omnivore and nothing beats grilling a good steak once in a while. yeah that... once in a while shit keeps rearing its head
