Yes, jinxes are real, so you've sealed-in a loss. But what isn't real is any significant correlation with Rojas hits and Dodger wins. Just a coincidence, although an interesting one at that.
i don’t believe in jinxes any more than i believe the earth is flat, lee harvey oswald acted alone or that the moon landing was staged that said, this thing has run its course and ends the next time rojas plays no jinx, just a coincidence… … or is it?
There's a very simple explanation for this. He's historically an awful hitter (one season with positive offensive value) - so if he's able to get a hit in a game, chances are we are facing terrible pitching and the rest of the potent lineup is crushing the ball and putting up runs.
