    Yeah, once Vinny is done broadcasting, the Dodgers are going to have to find someone awesome. I'm sure it'll be a very popular job to announce for the Dodgers and they won't disappoint when they choose who gets the reigns. I'll cry the first home Dodger game Vinny doesn't announce.

    lmao, Clayton Kershaws bWAR is 5.3, fucking incredible. He might be on his way to leading the league in ERA for 3 years straight.

    Also, the ASG is a bit late in the year this year (Kershaw will have 20 starts by the time the AS Break happens, well ahead of halfway) so in a typical year, Kershaw would have had an ERA under 2 at the break. Unreal (he still might get it if he allows less than 2 ER in his next start) but still, wow.

    Is it an important series yes but a must win, I'm not so sure. We play them 10 more times. I'm not saying I don't want to destroy them but critical not IMHO.

    I'd say it's critical only because the entire NL West has been absolute shit except for us. Who knows what the landscape is the next ten times we play them? It could be there is another team that is just is hot. This is the time to establish ourselves and build a lead when we're hot and everyone else is not.

    Going back to the day as I do, it's very difficult for me to hate anyone as much as the Giants...the Yankees haven't been a factor in many years, so...but I'm getting close to the hate factor with the Diamondbacks. This year puts them over the top, I think. Scums. It all started ith the fucking idiot Eric Byrnes, for me anyway. Even before he threw his bulldog off the back of his boat at the ASG in SF bay. Jerkoff.
    They are still the team to beat, and they pounded CO ass when they needed to.
    I do wish Kershaw had the shot at a game, I have little faith in Greinke. Ryu is a possibility, and Nolasco will be interesting to say the least.
    Maybe 147 can show us what he can do. I sure hope so.
    If this does turn into a beanball war, then let's go all in, and throw at the fucking AZ dugout. Get medieval on their asses.
