    Why don't you like Eovaldi?

My least favorite top guy is Webster. I like RDLR, Eovaldi, Reed and Gould, and we already have Kershaw and Bills locked up for a few years, so I would look into dealing Webster for a bat.

I don't like his delivery, seems too hurky jerky. I mean as long as he can repeat it it'll work but I'm not sure if he'll be durable. I'm pretty sure he had Tommy John too right?
I love RDLR, Reed and Gould. Why don't you like Webster? lol

He's just hittable. 10 hits per 9 in AA this season, 1.5 WHIP, even during his good years he had WHIP's north of 1.3. I mean I don't dislike him, I just think we have a good amount of arms, and he's the one I like the least.

Eovaldi looks like a reliever imo

and i hope we dont lose Martin either, but he's still raw that i dont know if a team would be able to hide him in the pen for an entire season

And with 10 more MPH? And sharper break? I guess?

Still wanted to ask, any prospects from the 2011 draft you see making a splash outside the obvious ones? Thanks.

Bauer and Hultzen are the obvious ones, I assume? I mean, if the Dodgers wanted to leave Chris Reed in the pen, he could certainly pitch in the majors right away, but they intend to start him (good call).

Awesome, I don't know how much it'd fuck with his mechanics but it'd prematurely assume that Reed will be stretched out as a starter but if we are in the playoff hunt come August he'll make a stint in the bullpen

Also, Goldstein on twitter was asked about Tolleson and said his ceiling is an 8th inning guy which is cool

Given the surplus of starters (or projected starters) in the organization, I like Eovaldi and RDLR out of the pen.

Yeah I see Eovaldi out of the pen, dude can fuckin' throw smoke. Remember stories of him getting it up to 101 in AA just because. Same with RDLR, although I would like to see him start again, we'll have to see.

Same old story: as much as Ned decides to fuck things up with his signings, Logan White/De Jon Watson are keeping the boat afloat.

No way I'd waste Rubby's talents in the pen...Sure, maybe for now until he refines his mechanics and delivery post surgery.. But long term, gotta have Rubby in the rotation...Kids potential is crazy high if he can command his pitches
