Fortunately the majority of Bleacher Report commenters were saying the same thing.
It's Bleacher Report, I would not overthink it too much. Honestly, I don't think anyone deserves a perfect score for control/command. Unless Kershaw starts hitting his spots like Maddux did, that is the only way you can get a perfect score in my book. If he did that with his stuff, we'd be on no-hitter watch about every game.
What makes you think that we're not on watch every game?
Any given night Clayton Kershaw is capable
Some nights it even seems inevitable
What was rich hills control?
anyone see that ryan howard gaffe tonight?
looked like jabba the hut trying to herd a jack russell
also pretty cool (likely) ending to matt holliday's career in stl
just activated from the dl, only a couple hours after the cards announced they were declining his option, 1st at bat
not a cardinals fan in any way, shape or form
but still pretty fucken cool
and you know @DodgerLove lubed up to watch replays of this...
Damn, that's pretty awesome. What a way to go out in your last at-bat with a team. Have to love moments like that, regardless of what teams/players you like and dislike.
Yeah that was awesome. I hate the Cardinals but man, essentially choosing Holliday over Pujols worked out beautifully for them
Cardinals already down 3-0, useless fuckers.
It seems to me we are the useless ones.
