    Giants fans are “screaming for Zaidi’s head” for DFA’ing Kevin Pillar? Might have overstated that one a little lol

    They have absolutely been going nuts. A bunch of their local media is talking about how they are cutting out the team's heart and I guess he was super popular with the fans. Their reactions are out there and yes, they want him gone.

    I think they were aggressive and thought that location and being in the NL was going to be the ultimate factor for him, so being in the neighborhood of the Yankees was good enough. They did offer a higher AAV, but the extra year was what killed them.

    Rockies listening to offers on Arenado.....no way the Dodgers could get them interested without giving up the moon.

    Where the hell are the superstar players that want to play for LAD? Feels like every 2 or 3 years a superstar wants to be traded to the Lakers or is trying to force his way in.

    Oh, that's right. One is a Yankee and the other is a Phillie. Harper wanted in and when he signed - " OMG thank god we didn't spend that much on him. " Smh Factory of fuckery

    They kicked $30M+ per over to a finesse guy that can't get through the 1st inning without his panties dropping in OCT. Then come up short for Cole after sliding him deferrals and tapping out . I didn't want Cole, anyway, but still....

    It feels like saying "I want to play on the West Coast" is just a way players leverage for bigger offers from East Coast spenders. If it's true that the Dodgers offered 8/$300 then that's right there, and I don't know about anyone else but I prioritize location, family, etc... when offers are that close. Who knows how bad the deferrals were, that could have been the kicker. An extra year? All I know is something in the story doesn't add up, and I think the desire to play on the West Coast was a farce.

    It would be funny if the Giants fire Farhan, then we sign him back as our GM. Never having an official GM between his two stints.

    It just sucks so much that he went to one of the few contenders. A chance to gain an edge on Houston/New York and become the potential WS favorite and now we are kind of back in that situation we were last year where we feel like IF we do make a trip the WS, we are doomed unless someone upsets the Yankees. Last year being the Astros of course.... not a fun feeling.

    Well at least the Lakers don’t suck anymore. Dodgers are kings at doing whats almost enough. Have the richest owners in the game and refuse to ourbid everyone for the best.

    Probably end up dealing for Stroman or Syndergaard @ the deadline. The ole half-assed route again. Just gonna strap the weight of the franchise to Buehler's 140lbs ass and tell him to mush

    If we don't sign Rendon, the Dodgers need to pull a rabbit out of their hat in trades.

    Consider the source....

    @BNightengale

    The Los Angeles #Dodgers and Cleveland #Indians continue to be engaged in serious trade talks for Cleveland All-Star shortstop Francisco Lindor, with Cleveland seeking a package of Dodgers prospects including Gavin Lux and Dustin May.

    Dr. Buss would've signed Stras, Rendon and traded for Lindor by now

    Both Seager and Lux would've been outta here

    Just give me Lindor or Bryant and Ryu at this point if not they’re fucking losers again. We pull fucking Tony Gonsolin’s out of our asses every year just do he and Lux

    And you know what is the funny part. Lakers have always been owned by one of the least rich people in the entire sport. Winning trumped everything. Here, Walter, Kasten, and Friedman are set in their cheap ways
