I do declare good suh, it appears that you've cornered young master Rube with his own truly racist thoughts.

I hadn't considered it quite that way previously.

    Rather disappointing to consider actually.

i said DNA and then i said invented.
you guys dont read well and so im a racist?
    go read the post again.

in Africa blacks did not eat chicken
    they ate fish
their DNA does not work as well with the diet the slave masters gave them
and by gave them i mean allowed them to eat
which was all the things they did not want or viewed as garbage
like pig entrails and chicken feet
in Africa people ate much differently and therefore were far healthier
nobody ate wheat, pig, beef, or purple drink
they ate sorghum, teff, millet, fish, and... well they still probably managed to drink purple drink
now this isnt my racism but the teachings of the late great Dr Sebi.
a black african who was recently probably killed by the police in Honduras after showing up in their airport with over 30k in US dollars
they thought he was laundering drug money
he runs a clinic here in LA and in Honduras where he uses a persons ethnic background to create a diet that will allow the body to cure itself of most diseases
thats how i got rid of my high cholesterol, high BP, Colitis, blood infections, diabetes, and other issues a few years back as well as losing 150 lbs.
    using his teachings
it included eating cannabis that is why i ate a lot of cannabis ;)
and now i am helping older people who are to conservative in their mindset to smoke cannabis by introducing them to the oil therapies of Dr Sebi.

    Rube,

Chill dude, take one on the chin every so often.
it makes the replies that much more entertaining. You racist.

The truth, that we BOTH know, is that the modern American diet is atrocious to our health
In fact atrocious is not a strong enough word
We're being poisoned by nearly every source possible
    food water air
and mega corporate food czars like Monsanto
are increasing the toxicity levels year over year
    to increase our brand retention
so that we'll all swear by McDonald's over Wendy's or Booger King or whatever
when they all poison our systems
OK mebbe a little less with In-N-Out since you can watch a potato turn into fries while awaiting your fresh burger
    but I digress

Notice the tastes of foods you make for yourself versus purchase at restaurants or diners
Home made is the king for a reason
Home made anything is better than store bought anything
    when it comes to food
Even home made edibles, I suppose

Do not dare besmirch the name of In N Out.
And you take one on the chin you finook!
We all know our diet sucks and all food is poisoned.
Even what we buy at the supermarket.
You know how bad it gets that even what you grow wont be very good soon because our dirt is rapidly losing all its minerals. We got about 20 years left of dirt.
Dirt is a renewable resource but it has to be treated right. We killing it.
But the original point was about the African diet. And i had said that the invention of the Black man eating fried chicken was not made by the Black man but taught to him.
And while a lot of food used to be pretty wholesome for white people here in the US it has never been good for the black.
The Black needs more sun and more greens and more fruit than us whites.
We can eat more meat and milk than they can,
Blacks are genetically predisposed to need certain foods and get sick from others.
And here in America they were purposely fed food that would weaken their minds body and spirit.
    Its no new trick.
The Spaniards did it to the Indians.
If you go to a Mexican museum they will still promote the lie that the Aztecs grew Maize.
They didnt at all. They grew teosinte, amaranth and millet. Which together with a european corn was hybridized into Maize.
But the modern Mexican lies to himself because they are stuck between the culture created by the conquerors.
Millet, Amaranth and Teosinte do not travel and sell as well as the big juicy flavorful starchy filled heads of Maize.
And whatever does not work in the export market is made illegal to produce.
In Mexico it was punishable by death to grow Amaranth by the Catholic overseers because the Indians used to make their night of the dead masks out of the grains. And also create for themselves a market for foodstuffs that the Spaniards could not profit from.
    So it became illegal.
    Just like Canamo.

So "chill" equals inciting a riot? OK I'll take one on the chin if you insist.

We're in much closer agreement than you appear to consider.
Ancient grains indeed are far better for all us. But not as profitable and that is ALL that matters in our current corporate farming environment.
Specialized diets are better suited for certain races (racist? Who fucking cares?)
Blacks weren't introduced to certain foods as a function to "weaken minds body and spirit" but because that was the diet of local whites, thus black slaves were fed whatever was available (for cheap) and not as part of some plot.
The same with Spaniards and Indians. Both sides shared foodstuffs and both took the others food into their future
It wasn't until a century or three later that we noticed things going awry.

So blacks don't enjoy fried chicken? Of course they do, though we agree that it was a learned survival trait since chickens were far more available in America than in Namibia or Ivory Coast. It was also a simple Madison Ave advertising ploy to associate the two together. OK Madison Ave has always been white but they reflect what is already happening more than some form of control over blacks.

There are enough conspiracy theories to go around without inventing extras.

EVERY decision about food yesterday or today is focused on MONEY. What can we feed the most people to gain the most dollars with the least acreage or resources?

Nothing else mattered. Then or now. Adapt or don't. You figure it out.

Oh and how did I do that?

I love In-N-Out because its so fresh, never frozen etc. Watching someone making fries from whole potatoes is NEVER seen elsewhere.

    same with the habit
anyone ever eaten at five brothers?
i haven't, but i've heard (mostly) great reviews

thus living off of extra Army rations became a way of life

You can choose to pay more but it's not likely to get you a whole lot better quality of food
because, as Rube accurately explained, there very little one can purchase that is not GMO in one way of another

Which is why we prefer 'local' Mexican food where Mexicans eat (too fatty and caloric but the best taste)
And 'local' Chinese food where Chinese eat (still too sweet in the USA) (no MSG used in China, this too an American contrivance)

By eating as close as possible to indigenous foods we're at least getting a less homogeneous overall food product than we would ordinarily
And try pricing any of Rube's "ancient grains" and learn that is a difficult order

    Been there done that
Good food, free peanuts in line
Burgers are bigger than In-N-Out so you don't need doubles or triples etc
However fries do not go from potato to fry in front of you

Overall I give it high marks
but SoCal locals are almost religious about In-N-Out which is why I used this as an example
    Note Rube's passionate remark

the best sushi is far better than average sushi

I once ate ono sashimi on board a sailboat off the coast of Maui within minutes after catching and reeling it in. It was a #30 lb or so.
    To. Die. For.
They could of had better (Japanese) wasabe but I trifle, the tube shit was adequate because the fish was sooooo fresh.
Sushi needs most of all to be fresh. As in fresh measured in hours not days or worse.

Sliced into strips, cooked until crisp
    served over white rice
    with veggie's and pineapple

    An experience many don't get.
