    Mo'ne Davis asks Bloomsburg to reinstate player who sent offensive tweet

    Mo'ne Davis has asked Bloomsburg University to reinstate baseball player Joey Casselberry, the player who was dismissed from the program after sending an offensive tweet about Davis.

    Davis appeared on "SportsCenter" on Monday, and gave her thoughts on the issue.

    "Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone deserves a second chance. I know he didn't mean it in that type of way, and I know a lot of people get tired of just seeing me on TV, but sometimes you've got to think about what you're doing before you actually do it. I know right now he's really hurt, and I know how hard he worked just to get to where he is right now." ​

    Davis said she's reached out to the university, asking for Casselberry to be reinstated. She had not heard back from the school at the time of the interview. Video of Davis' appearance can be seen here.

    Casselberry's tweet, which has since been deleted, was in response to the news that the Disney Channel was going to make a movie about Davis' life. Shortly after he sent the tweet, Casselberry's account was deleted, and the university announced he had been dismissed from the program.

    Calling for Casselberry's reinstatement shows some incredible understanding from the 13-year-old Davis. What Casselberry did was stupid and immature, but Davis is willing to chalk it up to a mistake. She did admit that the tweet hurt, but said Casselberry was "hurt even more" for his actions.​

    That shit is soooooooooo wrong. Didn't mold because it didn't get any air but the fact that it doesn't break down is fucking scary.

    Then again. Perhaps eating McDonald's will act in our bodies as a preservative and be the secret to eternal life..


    On a personal note. I stopped eating shit like that a few years ago. Then one day, after six straight days of hiccups (yes, I get bad hiccups one a year), I was so worn out, sore and exhausted, I had no interest in cooking and was hungry. So i went to McDonald's. I ate a Big Mac and within 30 minutes my body said "what in the fuck are you putting in me?". It rejected it, I hurled for 15 minutes but my hiccups were gone.

    Irony I suppose.

    I eat mcdonalds almost daily
    3 McChickens and sometimes a large fries.

    This does not change my mind tbh i think im addicted. Mcdonalds is the goat
    microwave dat shit im sure itd still taste bomb

    your body is probably adjusted to it based
    i don't eat fast food that much
    but the other night after bartending mcdonalds was the only place opened
    had a triple cheeseburger and fries -- and it tasted great
    but woke up with severe body aches -- felt like my entire body had a headache
    won't eat there again

    Over the past 20 years I've been to McDonald's maybe a dozen times. Mostly for breakfast, and mainly for convenience.

    Right now I am eating more healthy than at any time in my life, and I can feel the difference. There is little that is more motivating than just feeling good. What irish said about feeling like crap, that's the thing to remember. A burger that bacteria and mold won't even touch for 20 years? That's just wrong.

    For years I've been working to reduce meat and dairy in my diet. About 2 months ago I made a serious jump in, with no real long-term expectations, but after 1-2 weeks the way I felt was noticeably different to the point where I'm hooked. I only eat meat and dairy 1-2 times a week now, so when I do fast-food is the furthest thing on my mind. McDonalds might as well not exist. I have a couple Jack in the Box gift cards collecting dust. Taco Bell should be water-boarded for the way they bastardize Mexican food. Even Carl's Jr is shit. Fuck fast food.

    Hate Mdonalds. Not because I'm a health freak or above it..it just tastes like garbage to me.

    Their fries are good and they have 1 dollar drinks so they have that to draw me in if I'm desperate. But their burgers make me puke.

    The Mcchickens dipped in BBQ sauce is the last entre I've had from there.
