Many years ago I was a Big Mac junkie. Just a few years ago I had to have a sausage, egg, & cheese McGriddle a couple of times a week. I think over the last year plus all I've had from there is a shake and some fries.

Anyone actually like eating KFC in the states?? I know in California it's abysmal. But out here in Australia its actually good. Close to but not as good as Popeyes is in the US. That place is awesome.

Mcdonalds tastes really different out here too. I never eat Maccas in the US but here ill get it rarely and the food quality here is so much better.

The past few years in my long and short stays in Australia i would end up going back to the US having lost weight without dieting but just eating how i normally would in the states.

    I have a problem.
    Its called value menu.
For most of my adult life I have detested McDonalds and the like.
Lately though its been a steady diet of spicy mcchickens and giant 99 cent cokes, KFC 50 cent apple pies, wendys 99 cent frosty and value chick sand, and sometimes I splurge on the Jack in the Box curly fries but that Oreo shake from my youth is looking back at me strongly yet i resist.
I have a rule or two.
Only eat fast food near midnight or in the morning if you have to leave the house in a hurry and need coffee.
Stick to the value menu as close as possible.
Ask for extra pickles, lettuce, tomato on your sandwiches. They fill you up and add some electrolites!
    McDonalds has decent coffee.
But it will still probably kill you.
At least youll be on time for work.

    lol
figures it would take a fast food discussion to awaken ruven from his slumber
half bummed/half grateful they didn't have value/dollar menus back when i was in college...
bummed... would have eaten that shit every day and saved a ton of money
grateful... would probably [now] weigh 300 lbs, have high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or [already] be in the ground

My keyboard broke. Six letters on my keyboard don't work and this post will probably take me five minutes to finish.

My college diet consisted of alcohol and cheap shit from fast food restaurants. I was a scranny fucker and got away with it, but I avoid fast food at all costs nowadays since my metabolism isn't nearly the same.

Man hearing this i wonder just how bad it must be to eat there as much as i do. i mean it has to be BAD if its seriously affecting you physically.
I really do want to stop but i think the main thing for me is its a) cheap b) convenient c) tastes good. I just throw some chic fil a sauce on it and it taste like the real thing haha. But dang, i think you convinced me to change right now Irish. Or at least minimize how much i go there
will happily take those gift cards off your hands tbh
    name a price
But i think protein should be good for you. What about organic only diet? Or all natural products
At this point you might as well be vegan
Hhaha i dont typically microwave mcdonalds because i aint really have left overs. But i have microwaved the sausage egg mcmuffin and it still slapped
i cant speak for anything else though

It actually might be part of the reason. and I get to wear out Control + C/V until I can get this thing into apple but they don't have any appointments available for six days.

As far as fast food, I eat pretty much any of them, except for kfc or Popeyes, for a lunch, but definitely not a dinner (except for In N Out). Although I am not touching Taco Bell for a while after last time I ate there. McDonalds is ok, so is Wendy's, I like Burger king mostly because of their fries. In N out is probably my favorite since they don't have Tommy's up here.
