Both teams have disappointed, Hundley was basically given the Heisman back in august by west coast media, how has that worked out? SC is about 2 plays from being 9-1 (ASU hail mary and Agholor steps out on 4th down @ Utah), that said, their lack of depth has led them to a number of underwhelming wins, especially last week, having to hang on for dear life when you led 31-2? Not good. All that being said, take UCLA both straight up and against the spread (-3). Note: I don't like either, have family who have gone to both.
I don't know if I would say USC has underachieved, as you said with the sanctions I'm happy SC can be in a spot to win the South. it will only get better from here, but first thing's first beat UCLA!
I'll fucking do some crazy shit in happiness if the Cougs pull off the upset on Saturday Morning. but even when ASU beats WSU, as long as SC wins on Saturday, the Territorial Cup will be the only thing on my mind next weekend.

but in all seriousness... i have no idea on this years game both teams have played well at times, like crap other times despite their rankings (and my ucla allegiance), i think usc is the better team still, i'm guessing it will be a close game with both teams throwing up a lot of points so i'll say 45-42, whoever has the ball last
