    If Verdugo shows he can hang in the show, I say give him RF, slide Bellinger to 1B, and let Muncy/Kike battle for 2B. If Muncy repeats 2018, he will win the job. Kike will get plenty of ABs platooning with Joc and filling in for Corey when he needs rest, among other roles. Taylor can ride pine.

    Yeah... I heard he’s the lead suspect from that MiLB story that got buried pretty quickly this offseason that involved Kapler and the underaged girl. Nothing certain, but it was implied. I’ll be honest though, I never followed it that closely so I certainly could have missed something more finite one way or another.

    I have no data to back this up, and obviously it's only been 3 games... but these at bats are very reminiscent of the 2017 regular season. They refuse to swing at balls out of the zone and murder strikes.

    One of Enrique or Max will have to surrender their starting job. If Max even close to his 2018 level, Kike goes back to his old role of filling in all around the diamond. Verdugo, Seager, Turner, and potentially Pollock, Bellinger and Barnes all being able to hit for contact in addition to their other strengths would make this a very well rounded lineup. Tough to resist

    14 runs in 12 innings for the bullpen with a lot of extra base hits. If in 6 weeks the bullpen is still this crappy, we are in trouble with nowhere to look for help
