    I keep thinking how legitimately great the lineup could be with Machado. Basically just pick and choose between 5 of Muncy, Joc, Cody, Kemp, Puig, Toles, Taylor, and Enrique depending on health, matchup, and how they’re swinging the bat. (Although, I’d say it’s clear at the moment that Muncy, Kemp, and Joc currently deserve the bulk of AB’s versus RHP)

    glad you're happy about you're two appearances against us
    and, to be fair, you deserve to...
    2-0 with an 0.61 era... that's great!
    but i just checked the numbers and, well... against everyone else you're 3-5 with a 5.31 era
    so maybe instead of talking shit you might want to focus on pitching better against the rest of the league
    and in case you forgot, you're a rook on the padres
    know your place meat
    i only hope this somehow inspires our guys to score 100 runs tonight, but...
