Atta boy Ned. That BP is definitely the strongpoint for the Dodgers this year.
In a way, can you blame those fans for booing? They've been coming out in droves, watching this sad, miserable team blow one game after another...it's fucking so disheartening.
I believe this lineup has four huge holes in it...the pitcher's spot of course, the catcher's (which no one seems to give a shit about and take seriously, incredibly), Matt Kemp is an out for sure, a waste... and most of the time, Hanley (RBI tonight though). Nothing basically from 4 lineup spots, pretty much day after day.
Can you beat the Giants with a 5 man lineup?
And to be quite honest, Agon has been as streaky as I've ever seen him for quite some ime now, and has had some terrible ABs.
I don't know, but it all looks like a pipe dream for us to win anything right about now.
Even with the starting pitching...can Puig and Dee and sometimes Dre do it all by themselves?

I'm on that KOUFAX "Kemp is a chinchilla" bandwagon. Fuck him.

 

Seriously. We have holes all over the team. Catcher I can live with, as I just expect them to play defense and call a good game. How many Molina's/Posey's are there in the league anyway. But 2B, Gordon is reverting to norm. SS, Hanley looks like he is pouting and completely disinterested, and without him producing at the plate he is an enormous liability in the field. And for all the talk of how Puig energized the team last year, it was when Hanley returned from the hand injury that this team took off. He was the straw that stirred the drink, now, forget about it. As for the outfield, other than Puig, it is a joke. Add to that our bullpen has been horrible, and I am amazed we are only 6.5 back.

I am just getting disgusted with mediocrity year after year

 

The key inning to me was the bottom of the 5th I believe when after Haren made out Dee and Dre swung at the 1st pitch? Way to give your starter a rest!!!!! It's small things like this that aggravate me to no end. Those fucking gnats don't make those mistakes or show no attention to detail like we do. Like Irish wrote earlier their better than us.

 

Ya i am definitely worried about our guys. We are not that much of a veteran savy team and most of our potential come from the guys who pout and bkitch the most when shit does not go their way. When everyone is happy and playing things go well as it did when it turned around last year. But man when we are bad and just disinterested all around this is bad to watch. I am almost tot he point i got with the lakers last year. Was furious with the laker TWC deal stopped me from watching them but it didnt hurt as bad with their bad play. Same shit with this team but i am heartbroken that i may miss the last of one of the last years Vin does his thing.Fuck TWC AND THE DODGERS for this bullshit as well as the other cable providers. Besides our starting pitching, the no no, puigs out of this world year, and missing Vin; the horrible play has somewhat made it not sting as much.

 

Our coaching situation is a big problem whether some want to admit it or not. I put just as much blame on the team for not executing and not playing to their potential. Them not doing so makes Donnys lack of in game management capability so obvious that it becomes sickening. We have the talent to beat any team no matter what coach we have. But man i would feel a whole lot better if we had bochy as our guy. Night and day
