Rams defensive end Myles Garrett will have arthroscopic surgery on his knee and be placed on injured reserve, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport on Sunday. Garrett, the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year, will miss at least the next four games. He is eligible to return to the roster for the Rams' Week 6 game against the Arizona Cardinals.
