    But he still has to pitch simulated games, rehab assignments, etc. I'm guessing he's back no earlier than mid Sept.

    I dunno, just a feeling.

    Could very well be, good call. The release did say it was procedural to clear room on the 40 man so it also could be less.

    Damn....this back issue is really worrying me....just from my personal experience with that same type of problem.

    Of course I didnt exactly get Kershaw type resources, but I'm not a possible HoF pitcher either.
