well let's not get carried away but its certainly a powerful performance and i guess priest has been doing it live for years
really well shot video and the drummer really stands out for me as he has some great style
might just be because i've been witnessing more of the great metal drummers like Aldridge that i somehow missed first time around

Seriously, I think it's at least equal to the original...

I love Ozzy but his vocals weren't as good as Iommi's guitar or Butler's bass or Ward's drums.

have to respectfully disagree since i see Ozzy's voice as an iconic original sent from the abyss
no matter who copies it this will always belong to Black Sabbath and Ozzy

My buddy Mark still has a Mass said for Randy every March 19. Superb talent & apparently a good guy in-person too.

saw Sarzo in the Woodland hills costco shopping for t-shirts a couple of years ago. didn't approach him but he was tiny. guess he looked bigger than Randy who was teeny tiny.

that LP they show at the end of killer girls is the only vinyl i still own
its a Japanese import and worth around $100 last time i checked
gave all the others to my step daughter and guess i hung on to it for its value potential but probably more for nostalgia
was hard to find something like that back in the day
remember going to see a band called Angel at the Santa Monica civic and QR opened for them and stole the show
about a month later Ozzy had absconded w him and the rest is history as they say

this was probably the CD I played the most when i was growing up
every song was great but this one went hardest even if it was a ballad
and randy is like if brian may and EVH had a baby

Im surrounded by fun music tonight.
Hillbillies with banjos playing new wave music to my right.
And a couple of old wutang members trying as hard as they can to hype up the crowd to my left.
And there's a hardcore band in the bar next door challenging the patrons to fuck off.
    Good times.
