    Well, Frank doesn't get a penny of what you pay for parking. He's getting 14 M whether you park there or not.

    I'm mad about Magic and Co. lying, not really about the money.

    This. They're paying out of their own pocket, not ours. It is incredibly stupid of them though. MLB wanted Frank out. They should have made sure Frank was didn't get a dime from the owners whatsoever. Frank could be officially gone from LA. Still, all I care about at te moment is if this group can bring a title to LA.

    Ownership has a tall task trying to get asses in the seats. Saturday night and it is virtually empty. The Monday night games against the Pirates is one thing, but Saturday night?

    Why should I even buy a ticket from the Dodgers? There is no demand for them...

    I hope winning does something for the fans. That's a lot to say as LA fans are fickle. Complaining about parking and shit, arriving late and leaving early I understand the kids having to be home early, but where the fuck do you have to be as an adult that you can't stay until the end of the game? People also don't give a shit about the game either. They just go to go. I hate the gnats and their fans with a passion, but at least their fans care. There needs to be something done to recreate the magic this team had before the nineties where they OWNED LA.

    It is so pathetic. The people yelling obnoxiously about a dumb beach ball with the bases loaded in a 1 run game.

    But the empty ghost town of a stadium it has become is SAD. A ghost town. McCourt fucked this organization hard.

    Folks need to realize at this point there is absolutely no leverage to get McCourt to sell his half of the parking lots. None absolutely none. If Dodger attendance is zero he still gets his 14 million. Hey if the team collapses or moves the land becomes more valuable as there will be more of it to develop. He owns half of it and will get even more if there is no stadium or team. So what is the end game of fan angst at this point?

    The Dodgers may be better with declining attendance if it means a shift in who attends the games. If in three years attendees are more affluent and less confrontational their bottome line profit may increase.
