A team under .500 that isn't the Cardinals or Giants. We got this.

Time for the gutless Dodgers of 2015 to do what they do best; pick on the NL West AAA squads. Time for Gonzo and Ethier and co. to start hitting against shit pitchers and bullies, will disappear against a competent squad for weeks at a time though. Lets win this series the series the 2015 Dodger way, tedious and a real borefest.

On the bright side, I can now look forward to Puig as well as Joc and Zack hitting. Yay! Fun!

Come on, it's not Frias' fault he's on the roster as a starter lol. The blame lies with the F.O and its inability to sign a reliable 3rd/4th/5th starter.

You can't blame the FO. They signed a #5 starter, gave him #3 money and we won't see him pitch again until 2017.

It was a great move though, gives us a ton a flexibility. Much rather have that smart move than Shields.

Ohh, by the way, let's let Lee rot in AAA while Frias starts for us.

They lose two. Dum Dum gets tossed twice. Frustration begins to rear its ugly head.

The demise of Dum Dum gains momentum.

we win tonight, getting everyone's hopes up
then dump the next two as the bullpen (to no one's surprise) blows two leads
game two is especially painful as a fan known as @LASports96 :laports96: runs onto the field naked and dry humps angel hernandez
and despite continuing to make critical managerial blunders, the nerds reward dbb with a 10-year extension

If we would have signed James shields instead of Anderson+ McCarthy, the Dodgers would be in the exact same situation they are right now with Bolsinger+Frias starting, except they would have had to start earlier in the year. And although Shields is better then Anderson, if you want to look at the results as of right now, the Dodgers are better off in the current situation given that Anderson has pitched better then Shields as of now.

Lee situation is weird but that's two different front offices who don't think he's ready and he's been hurt for a bit now.

Well there's blame in McCarthy, although I think they're not fully to blame but I won't argue that back and forward, but I don't think they're to blame for losing Ryu and well up to this point, they did sign two out of 3 reliable starters (the two being Anderson/Bolsinger). I think both of those will go down eventually, and you hope that's offset by a trade or two. Just shows the importance in developing lots of SP and trading for depth, yes I used the word depth. You use like 12 starting pitchers in a year but can realistically only have 5 marquee ones when you start the year, you gotta have young pitchers developed or stashed in the minors for the long haul, the farm system has been HORRIBLE at that and hopefully it changes
