Isn’t it crazy every planet is named after a Greek God except for earth?
It’s just named after that stuff on the ground.

    Dirtbags are yeomen.
    Yeomen are geomen.
Ever been hit with a toxic yew arrow by a sniping cherub?

    Geomen are dwarves.
    Made in gods image.
To mine the mind of god.
    And bring forth the gold.
    You end up a dirtbag.
    If your father the earth.
And you make music with fat crickets.
    The sons of the earth.

Men are trees and like trees are cut down.
Stone is made from earth thats been petrified.
But first it must be a lump of coal which is wood, ash, lye, and saltwater.
An eruption followed by a flood turns men to stone.
And trees into the pillars holding up Venice from falling into the sea.
Those pillars are just petrified trees afraid to drop their duty.
Because of all the Phoenicians still living in Venice.
Only petrified trees can help carry that weight.
Like an army of terracotta warriors waiting for their emperor to rise again.

Ever seen a child of the earth?
They are disgusting at first glance.
Its a dirty job digging in the dirt.

Live trades, even at small value, feel different. The full spectrum of emotions are felt within seconds. It is stupid how DOLLARS worth of difference can make the emotions rage.

and yet all can be brought to a standstill by a man willing to pop a child of the earth into his mouth and chew

I once saw my dad eat one of those because the lady whose car he was fixing said they were poison and he wanted to mess with her and I'm guessing make me laugh.
Later he told me he kept it in his cheek and then spit it out when the lady wasn't looking. Probably so I wouldn't start eating bugs.
Or he just thought about the lean protein.
In Mexico they eat fried bugs for food so maybe it was no biggie for him.

I get that a lot when Im not well.
Figure that the temperature gauge that regulates homeostasis is not working properly for some reason.
Very difficult to raise your temp to normal without the use of a heating element or someone else's body heat.
    Did you sweat cold?

    i did last night
i like sleeping in a very cold room but didn't realize the dog had opened the door
how fucked up would that have been if i died because my dog went outside?
reading on the symptoms its hard to say how close it was but i had relaxed at some point curled in a ball after several hours of uncontrolled shaking
stupid but it just never occurred to me i might be freezing to death
apparently it can happen in as little as an hour in 30 degree temps and that's what the last two nights were
locked the door last night lol

yeah, we in the west probably have very little understanding of how freezing works in comparison to an eastern guy who has to live with the threat all his life
but i think it may signal thin arteries or poorer circulation or some other latent issue that messes with the ability of the body to keep steady temp while the outside temp is falling
when we were young we didnt feel this kind of thing
i didnt know what a sweater or a jacket was until i was an adult
but i bet we also believe that when we were young the temperature did not fluctuate this extremely so quickly
the shock effect of weather changing up on you every couple of weeks must also have effect
coupled with how we like to live in areas that are closer to the authority of the air which is a pretty violent judge
the air likes to fight, it is a chaotic maelstrom by nature that collects all the pollen and spores and life and blows it up your nose

Scary shit bud, I am happy to be able to read the tale of the night
Freezing to death in Socal, gotta be one of the softest ways to go
Even if the reaper was present, he knew he could not do the devil like that
