Really none of my business Rube, but fuck, if you need the imaging to get at this tumor, then take the vax, or whatever they want or require. Fuck it.
Doesn't matter if it was a cold all along or not. Don't cut your nose off to spite your face, mang.
    Priorities, young brother.
Just my ancient tuppence...but I felt compelled.

not sure how you know what version of this shit you have but for me i think it was on me for the last month or more
my throat would get sore and i'd start to ache in the early evenings and then it would be gone but it happened every night for weeks
then i woke up freezing and i was tired for a day but still didn't think i was sick until the 3rd day when my throat was sore and i had a heavy cough
for 3 days it was 24/7 coughing up disease without sleep
since that point its been basically a complete lack of appetite and life force
i told my kid i basically felt like everything i was trying to do physically had a 100lb sack of cement on my back no exaggeration
the last 6 days i've just been sleeping and taking a bite here and there while trying to take care of my basic functions which is all i can do
really hard to keep basic thoughts together but the appetite is coming back
don't think there was much respiratory beyond the cough but its just a really heavy weight
today i went to costco for water and walking around the store was the most exercise i've had in 2 weeks but i can feel it lifting
i used mucinex, aspirin, C, a shot of tequila and of course the good fortune of that z pack
need to have lots of water around especially if your entire house is about to get sick
hopefully everyone can stay warm, its annoying and not much fun but never did it feel anything life threatening

But I got a bigger longer nose than most.
And I've yet to take a full breath.

    Glad you doing better man.
I had never seen the big Lebowski.
Oddly enough I've probably seen every other one of those guys movies.

    It was pretty good.
I already forgot most of it.
Shit I probably watched it in the 90s.
And forgot it a millennial ago.
That was in the early 2000s somewhere.
Excuse me but I've been under the cherry moon since 1999 and it's all been a bit of a purple haze.

First time I've gotten a cold in like a decade probably. Can't remember last time.
    Food is completely uninteresting.
It's all in my head though.
Feel like a cloud of mucus up there.
And pressure behind my left eye.

Honestly I had been looking forward to getting a cold or flu or covid.
So I can say yay I had it too!
I was talking a lot of shit last week about not getting it. Then I said watch I'm gonna get it now for sorta tempting fate.
Haha now I'm all here trying to breathe like if I'm being slowly waterboarded.
But compared to other things... Not so bad.
It's a cold. Totally forgot about them.

All the years on this board, I would say the most quoted film is definitely The Godfather...
So, I'm reading this book, " Leave the Gun- Take the Cannoli", about the film and what it took to get it made and get it written. An incredible story within an incredible story. You learn something you didn't know on practically every page...very entertaining.
    I'm talking to you, fsudog21.

A helpful tip: if you murder someone, adopt the " I struggle with wanting to be a woman, but can't afford it" mental anguish defense...fail safe.

    "Freedom"!!!

I don't exactly get the correlation...who's side are you on, anyway?
    Abraham Lincoln's or Jefferson Davis' ? Sylvester's or Tweety's ? Betty White's or Adolf Hitler's ?

I used to live across the street in Weehawken, NJ, from the site of his duel with Hamilton. Which he won.
He was a badass from Newark.
The penalty for dueling at that time (1804, I think) in NY was death.
These days, you can kill people with impunity...push them in front of a train...shoot them in Burger King.
See how far we've come ?

all my available cash is parked in assets right now, the deals are too good to not buy.
    - don't have too much cash to work with right now so I'd rather buy certain companies right now and let time do its thing rather than use the cash to day trade
    - will open a 2nd roth IRA account so I can have one solely dedicated for long-term swing trades & the other for short-term swing trades.
    - build up the short-term account over 2022 // input more into long-term swings right now; deals are so good right now.

I truly don't understand why anybody panics. If the market fucking falls apart to zero, there would be a whole lot worse issues than not having cash. While everybody panics, I will be greedy. You?

getting more complicated how to filter cash into markets etc for me have you noticed?
hard to read but no i never panic, but you see what happens when people do lol
if i have extra cash i will definitely be looking for value in the coming months
have to figure the 22 election is going to be a crusher for dems and that should move the market in the right direction
at least thats my take for the next year
one thing that's hard to define is what a good deal is in these kind of markets even if you're rolling straight p/e
when the bear starts to grind it can go on for a while
