    I'm not really the prospect guy like others here are. But while the article could be biased, the ranking seems to me is an official MLB thing, so it shouldn't be biased. Great to see that this organization keeps maintaining an impressive farm, particularly since we've graduated or dealt so many prospects over the past few years. In contrast, look at SD - they were near the top of these lists, now they're #28. Crazy that we're back near the top.

    DodgersNation tends to be very bias but I am definitely happy with the farm system. You have your two frontline prospects in Cartaya/Miller that have the potential to be really good in the majors mixed in with a good depth of prospects that should be solid contributors at minimum. Cartaya looks like the real deal and is displaying power that we never saw from Ruiz who received a ton of hype before being dealt to the Nationals. Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up landing in the top 5 for prospect rankings. Miller has had shaky results but he has top of the rotation stuff and was pretty raw when we drafted him. Then you have Vargas, Busch, Pages, Pepiot, and Stone who have done nothing but perform well at every level in the minors and Pepiot has already showed us a lot of promise in the majors. Very deep farm system which is pretty remarkable

    OT: Saw today that DodgersNation fired an employee for being a pedoplhile…big yikes. Who doesn’t do a background check nowadays?

    I don't know exactly where I heard it, or read it, but it wasn't too long ago.
    A guy raped a five year old in Texas.
    The father got him, and beat him to death.
    When the father went to trial, he was acquitted.

    Kind of a wild story. He got busted for cheating on his wife with numerous women and they got together and raised hell on Twitter. Next thing you know, someone did enough digging and found damning information about him. Guy's name is Brook Smith. DodgersNation probably won't survive the backlash for employing him whether that's fair or unfair.

    Guy had a decent following.....https://twitter.com/brookme3

    But everyone has access to this screenshot/information now and he's done for good(deservedly)

    then it became about marriage and then it was bathrooms and language and teaching children about sex changes and alternative lifestyles
    now its this and it won't stop
    they don't know when to stop and never have

    It's kinda crazy to think about... that for years the Dodgers organization was anemic at Catcher. Fast forward to now - not only do we have one of the top catchers in baseball and a capable backup, but we traded away Ruiz and Wong. And then... we have a top prospect in Cartaya, and lower prospects Yeiner Fernandez and Dalton Rushing who are both crushing the shit out of ball. Seems like somebody at some point made this a priority.

    @okc_dodgers
    No OKC player had hit for the cycle in 11 years until James Outman did it Friday. Well, guess what? He just did it again for the second time in four games!!!

    @Bnicklaus7

    #Dodgers no. 2 prospect Bobby Miller had one of the best starts of his career today. He struck out a career-best 14 batters and only walked one across 6 two-run innings. He struck out the final 8 batters he faced. #AlwaysLA
