    Look out...

In an interview with Mike Bresnahan of the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday, Hibbert revealed that he "consulted a nutritionist a few months ago and lost 14 pounds, getting down to 268" in an effort to be able to increase his mobility and move up and down the court more easily. This is in addition to comments by Lakers head athletic trainer Tim DiFrancesco that Hibbert was one of the team's "most frequent weight-room visitors."

Hibbert is not the only center the acquired by the Lakers this offseason who has put effort into slimming down, as Robert Upshaw also lost 20 pounds in preparation for training camp.

Yeah, the BroncHos should go no-huddle as much as humanly possible. If Peyton can't stretch the field anymore, might as well go fast and try to catch the defense out of position/unprepared.

Bernard Pollard gets a workout with the Raiders
Posted by Mike Florio on September 18, 2015, 5:25 PM EDT

A former Raven who was dumped by Baltimore received an opportunity to possibly face his old team.

Per a league source, the Raiders gave safety Bernard Pollard a tryout on Friday.

I just read that Kobe will be available, but not in back to back games. Is that for the short term or the whole season? I hate to say it, but it seems like they'd be better off without his and his salary on the books.

Cowboys are going to surprise a lot of people this year. That comeback the other day was very telling of their metal.

Just offer a third and sixth to Seattle for Sham Counselor.

Right now, people are saying he's only worth a 3rd round pick at best because of the situation and his demands. The Raiders have the money.

    Agreed. Dumb.

Nantz did have the line of the night when they showed Charles slamming his helmet on the bench.

"Well, at least he didn't drop his helmet"

For the boring drama queen Nantz, that was a classic. Not very objective, but a classic.

    http://www.silverandblackpride.com/...-carrie-shut-down-aj-green-cincinnati-bengals

Not all bad in the secondary. Carrie's just a solid corner in general, but certainly a good fit for a base 4-3 under/Cover 3 scheme. 6'1", long arms, great speed and good ball skills. Hopefully McGill can join him at some point. Of course Carrie was a 7th round pick. Maybe this year's 7th rounder will work out as well? Long shot, but it happens. Dexter McDonald has some of the same tools. 6'1", 4.4 speed, 40in vert, long arms and good punch at the line in press. We shall see.

Sark should be fired if USC loses to unranked Stanford.
