Whoever wants it. Why not just have checkbox day. Then anyone can celebrate whatever they think makes them part of whatever group they like. Or I could be nice about it and call it heritage day.

I think I have figured out it now...after reading Andy Boy Friedman's comments and explanation to why the Dodgers suck ( my words), I'm convinced that at some point Dave was whisked to some secret corporate laboratory, and his brain disassembled, then reassembled after programming elements were added. And another astounding fact about his still ostracized from the HoF self, is that he is the only player in bb history to have at least 500 games at 5 different positions.
