    I felt it. It's pretty much pactum factum, and the money is ridiculous.
    Looks like all the good ones just ain't on that Davey bandwagon...
    There's always Joc again.
    I thought I saw him in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade...maybe not.
    I must say, I wish everyone who signs with other teams, like Max and Corey, all the best of luck...
    And hope they flat out suck.
    Thank you.

    The Seager one hurts a lot more than Scherzer. Dodger since day 1....WS MVP or fake WS MVP, whichever you prefer to call it.

    My excitement level for the 2022 season couldn't be any lower

    ....yay...

    @JeffPassan
    Right-handed reliever Daniel Hudson and the Los Angeles Dodgers are nearing an agreement on a one-year deal, sources tell ESPN. When completed, it’s expected to be for around $7 million.

    Being totally genuine and sincere here, but are you really this surprised? I felt like the writing was pretty much on the wall when we got Trea in the trade with the Nats. Even the poll vote here, most people didn't expect us to resign Seager.

    I’m puzzled. There are loads of posts throughout the past few years absolutely ripping apart Seager for being injured all the time, not hitting in the clutch, not being a consistent defensive player, and a million other deficiencies.

    And now everyone is crying crocodile tears because the Dodgers didn’t re-sign Seager to a massive 10-year contract at over $320M?

    Schizo much?

    It’s a loss, but absolutely predictable, and unsurprising. I wish Seager luck with the Rangers but staying healthy over those 10 years is going to be a challenge, and I do think these teams are overpaying just to get in under the lockout that’s coming.

    They are going to kill their roster in the process.

    Frankly, I have no problems right now with what is happening. But I’m not letting the FO off the hook either. I think only time will tell.
