    Maybe not Vargas is raking in AAA and could get called up this season. He is def the next 3b. Also Cartaya seems to be part of future plans so maybe they try Smith at 3rd....i know WTF. But how else do you get Cartaya on the major league roster?

    Cartaya is probably a 2024 or 2025 ETA, so I guess worry about it then? but I could see a world where Taylor is at 2b, Lux SS, and Vargas 3b next season. Wouldn't be a good world, and is probably worst case scenario, but you never know
