Would be extremely disappointing to have a great stretch against good teams and follow it up by playing like shit against bad teams like the Angels, Padres and Reds. Win 3 out of 4, ya fucks!
yeah i created the thing a few days ago too lazy to go back and change oh, and you spelled kaZmir wrong
hopefully we win the first two games the next two could go either way would be nice for both strip and kaz to put together back-to-back wins side note, and wrong thread, but wood pitched his ass off tonight that's two straight solid outings and 3 of his last 4
i don't dislike anyone in that dugout but i will cap on guys when they suck and i wasn't alone but... i did say that i hoped he proved me wrong so [like your wife] i've always liked wood and i hadn't even recovered from the first punch when the second landed i can't see cut me mick
I could never have anything but love for Scioscia (no homo) and I'll always be grateful to the Angels for beating the evil Giants in '02.
The Giants have been in the World Series 5 times since we've last been there. 1989, 2002, 2010, 2012, 2014
Jim Bowden ✓ @JimBowden_ESPN 15m Tim Lincecum is close to a deal with the Angels according to a source close to the negotiations. Angels are certainly the best fit for him based on all their injuries and opportunity to start rather than relieve.
He's always been at his worst in warmer weather, so I don't see this working out. That said, I'm fine with anywhere but the Dodgers.
I'm completely aware I am jinxing this but, Adam Liberatore has yet to give up an earned run this year. Doesn't mean he has been or is great (cause need more context) just found that interesting
Yeah and every time I see him pitch his stuff is around 90mph and not the 95-96mph he was around frequently last year. Or am I just missing when he gears it up? Either way, he and Lou are getting it done.
