I pretty much only enjoy Joc and Zack Greinke's AB's this year, with a touch of Guerrero. Not only do I want Seager, but if I have to see Rollins rolling soft grounders to second base anymore, not sure I'll be alive by October. It's that bad.

Same old Dodgers, can't beat the good teams.

The reason we've been boring is because there's no Puig. We're all having withdrawals. Can't believe you guys are actually campaigning for Hanley and Dee though. We're gonna need another pitcher or 2 also because this is brutal. Bolsinger has done a fine job, but he's not a realistic long term option either.

 

We just need another quality starter and we're going to be golden. The sooner the better though, I can't handle Frias any more.

 

MLB also didn't do this team any favors with the 34 games in 34 games shit. Should have scheduled Wednesday's game as a day game, instead made it a night game, which became delayed and we were all fucked up coming into today.

 

If the FO can pull off a trade for Cole Hamels without giving up Seager, Urias, Puig or Pederson(who I think are untouchable) then fucken pull the trigger mate!

 

Crazy to think that if I had to trade one of those guys right now, it's probably Puig

 

Do you think the FO would dangle Puig in a trade for Sonny Gray?? The A's traded away Cespedes for Lester so it would probably take Puig + some other prospects to get it done and cash. :thinking:

 

Dee has been better than Kendrick.

 

I don't think it's a "campaign" for Dee at all.
You campaign for someone when they have a chance to "get in", if you follow me.
I preferred Dee, too. Nothing wrong with HK and all that, but to me it's comparing apples and oranges. Dee lent a dimension to the game Howie will never have...and at Ss, Dee was an adventure, for sure.
At 2b, he was fine.

It's been posted exactly as you wrote for years, actually. Only the staunchest of the nay sayers, and those who believe this year is not just another way to arrive at the same results as all the others for 26 in the end might give you crap.
Why make millions of dollars of investments and 'clever' trades and have along with the Rollins/Kendrick (and the "depth" players that accompanied them) BS crammed down your throat by self appointed spin doctors (who understand the genius moves supposedly, unlike most of us), and still leave a proven befuddled loser at the helm?
It's like building a finely tuned, powerful sports car by the world's best automotive engineers for the big race and having Mr Magoo as your driver.
Maybe too farsighted??? Or maybe just not ready for the prime time.
