    I'd take Kemp over Crawford, especially if I had a DH. I know it's fun to bag on Crawford, but he's had a couple of solid seasons for us. I don't think I'd go with "far superior" though if you factor in things like fielding and baserunning. At this point, Kemp and Hanley should strictly be DHing.

    I think the ongoing arguments over Kemp and all the stat shit thrown up to tell us why he sucked is bullshit.
    I guess the SD FO doesn't know about that shit. And while we are at it, nor does FL with Dee...It's not good enough their OTHER stats, like BA, SB, RS, and RBIs,(which we all know don't matter) are amongst the best in bb...useless I realize.
    WTF is wrong with these teams? Fucking idiots.
    And we all know the most important stat in the game, hands down, is "escape velocity".
    Fucking eh.1

    Josh Donaldson is one of the best defensive 3rd baseman in baseball. I'd put a 7 on the 2-8 scouting scale on his defense (meaning all-star level). Error % is completely irrelevant to defense because he gets to more balls than the average 3rd baseman. For example, Elvis Andrus has 7 errors right now and Boagarts has 2. Every scout would say he's the far superior defensive player and the metrics have backed that up in the past.
