The worst part of this team is when my kid wants to watch the recorded game the next day and is so excited about a win.
This is the kind of game, even though they were nickle and dimed for the first two runs, if they do lose, they deserve it. For playing like they are fucking zombies.

It all comes down to expectations. Given the payroll and supposed pedigree of the players on this team, I expect every pitch and every at-bat to be a grind. I expect professionalism and the want to get better. If I were given the opportunity to pitch for more than one game and I had blister issues, I would make it my life's goal to figure out how to make sure I becer had another one--no. matter what the cure was. If I could not hit lefties, I would have every lefty I knew throw me a million balls until I could pick up the rotation and identify pitches. The difference is that I would be honored to play and would do whatever I could to stay. They are entitled bitches who half ass it most of the time and then bitch about money and owners while my ass gets up every goddam morning to provide for my family NOT playing a kid's game. /rant.
Why is kershaw the best pitcher on the planet-- he never takes for granted his God given talents and is the hardest worker out there.
