Not the best series to possibly be without Joc.

A lot of CF to cover in SF.

Lets beat these losers. Like fsudog said, we need our best available defensive CF for this game and series. Especially with Ryu who gives up a lot of fly balls, there's a ton of ground to cover and you can't have a shaky defender out there.

It may not be so bad...lots of Ryu's fly balls wind up in the stands, so no slick cf needed.

I was at Dodger Stadium when he gave up 4 bombs in 6 innings....in the thick marine air. Dude throws BP.

I have hope for Maeda being a good 4-5 starter at a good price tag. Ryu, I think is done. Are there any pitchers we can comp his surgery/recovery to?

And yes. Comparing two asians and not capitalizing asian is racist.

I have no hope for Maeda. Ryu I do. Getting progressively better with each start. Have to give him time. His #'s are slightly better and is giving us more innings coming off injuries and Maeda isn't even coming off an injury

i have little hope for either tbh (racist)
kersh/mehcarthy/hill/urias/wood is probably the best we have
and hill's blister issue is obviously infuriating

You know you're a damn good pitcher when Irish doesn't mess with your photo.

Toles is legitimately the best option I think.

According to this article he's one of the top 5 fastest outfielders in the game; obviously that doesn't account for his routes but the discussion of who's best suited to cover the expanse out there begins and ends with TOLES.

Idk, this is purely my opinion based off eyeball test but Toles seems to get bad first steps and reads then uses speed to make the play. Feel like he's given me a few heart attacks not just this year but last as well
