If you're gonna send him out if Ellis gets out, you should send him out no matter what. If he can pitch, pitch. Removing him to let Crawford ground out is idiotic

 

Kershaw is a better hitter than Crawford. And even if that's not true, Kershaw pitching with a lead always trumps pulling him in hopes of an insurance run.
