    Been solid in 6 of his 9 starts and that's with umps clearly giving him the rookie zone and squeezing him, remarkable for a 19yr old.
    Excellent, young talent.
    Prodigious.
    Still has a tad of refining to do with his command, but he's moving his FB around, changing levels, it plays coming out of that arm slot from the left side.
    He's gonna be so beastly when he's finally the legal drinking age.
    And the pick off move is tremendous, will be controlling running games for years to come.

    I think the kid has serious ADHD (not an insult, just believe I've read that) and I believe that is a factor in his AB's. You will see sometimes where his mechanics are in check and everything looks in control, the very next AB everything is changed and he looks like a mess up there. When he is up there and in control, he's a damn good hitter, but when he's all over the place you can guarantee a K or pop up on the IF. I hope he takes the off season to work on staying in control and repeating his mechanics. He was supposed to work on that last offseason, but he ended up waiting until just before Spring to sync up with Ward. I hope he takes things more seriously this offseason and can get his shit in line.
