    Seriously it's RDLR and Webster for AGon

    Then Sands, Ivan De Jesus, and Loney for Crawford, Beckett, and a ton of money. It's a good deal for us.

    I'm very sad to see RDLR go though.

    It sure is exciting to see a mega deal like this going down in August... Sure hope that you guys can pull this off. I don't like the young talent that you guys are going to give up bc you are going to need those minor leaguers down the future.

    It may just be that this has to sink in but RDLR is a better pitcher than Beckett is at this point at least in the head.

    I don't really want a player who is about to get TJ surgery and Beckett is not Beckett of yesteryear. Should have traded them for a bucket of chicken and beer.

    It's probably a bad deal tbh, in terms of value but man, it improves our offense better than we might have been able to in the offseason

    I was thinking the same thing. I guess his hopes of signing with the team after the season are slim and none.
