    I almost never call for DBB's head but screw this guy. I hope he's fired before the postseason even starts. Pathetic.

    If this continues even one more day, you have to fire his ass after the season. Because it shows he is incapable of putting the best 9 players on the field. The easiest part of his job.

    Meh, he's hitting .143 in his last 6 games...maybe he needs the time to think about adjusting to the adjustments that pitchers have made.

    And has started 2 games in two weeks. I don't pretend to know what's going on but it shouldn't be a major crime to give the kid a few days rest when you have a fresh hand to spell him with. Maybe the kid has an ingrown toenail, maybe he's being overanxious, maybe his girlfriend is on her period and he's irritable cause he ain't gettin' none. I'm just saying it appears that most of this forum is measuring rope for a noose when it doesn't appear a murder has been committed.

    BTW, it's actually a .190 average over his last 6 games...not that it makes any difference because he's also slugging .571 with an .863 OPS and a .143 BABIP over the same span of games. Play Corey Seager.

    You are right. I got the Runs column confused with the Hits Column. He has 4 hits in 21 AB's, not 3 as I mistakenly thought.

    Seager will play the majority if not every one of the games in the postseason imo. Really think Don is just trying to lower expectations by dubbing rollins the "starting SS" Corey will be back in soon

    With the exception of the game 2 nights ago, he had still been hitting the shit out of the ball every at bat. The Rockies game where I think he went 2 for 6, he was about a cumulative foot from being 6 for 6. It is amazing how the harder this team hits the ball, the more gloves they seem to find. His heavy legs though make a lot of sense so I can live with him getting another night off. Can't forget how this kid totally fell apart a year or two ago when he wore down at the end of the season.
