The team has an obvious different approach at the plate as I have seen it grumbled about in separate places than just here. It has turned what was once one of the better offenses in the game to a high strikeout, no thump team. Something needs to be changed with the way this team approaches each at bat. I have never seen so many guys swing through or just plain watch hanging breaking pitches and 2-0/3-0 fastballs right down the middle. I feel like all too often, batters are in a good count and you can tell the guy has no intention of swinging at the next pitch no matter what.
