    He was well compensated so if you believe you go to college to make money he sure did. Don't know him as a competitor but I'd imagine there's regret there. As a QB he could have had a career injury and never got paid. Additionally he can always make a comeback in baseball at least. ask Rich Hill.

    Rich Hill had a career in the bigs before he went to indy ball. Zach Lee has 12 big league innings... huge difference.

    Also part of the pitch to Zach was he would be in the bigs in less than 3 years competing on a national stage (Logan White promised to fast track him). Zach said at the time that was huge to him and it wasn't even the money although that certainly helped.

    His fastball control was what made him a prospect and that shit disappeared.

    ALL true, only used Rich as an example that it's possible to be back in a sport like baseball.
