what happened to all of the stoner smileys?

Mousey could use one right about now

 

I actually liked the joint smiley but agree that for a while we had perhaps too many of them

then some high falutin Mod censored them ...

 

None of the smilies are censored, you probably just don't know where they are. The -Stoner- smiley is conveniently located next to the -Mexican- smiley. And there is also a -Mugs- smiley located in the "User Smilies".

 

Since this where it is being discussed, can a mod explain the spoiler thing?
Where is it, or what do you do?

 

There's an "Insert" button to the right of the smiley button, click on it and then choose "Spoiler". It will create a Spoiler start tag and /Spoiler end tag, anything you type between those two tags will be formatted as a spoiler. You could also type the tags by hand instead of using the button, but the button is generally easier.

Hmm... I have no recollection of doing anything to that smiley.
