    7 years ago I was driving in a car with a buddy of mine who doesn't know anything about sports. Really nice guy, but he's more into theater arts and stuff like that (homo). We were listening to the Giants Reds NLDS and Berman was on the call. My friend was like, "who the hell is this guy? This is bad, right? I can't even tell what's happening"

    I watched Matt Carpenter get a bloop hit single in the 8th to tie the game off a guy he was 2-17 against.

    Regular season stats are irrelevant with those fucks in the postseason.

    I don't care if Darvish made more sense as an expiring contract with better numbers at the time. Ownership should have grown a pair of balls and realized that Verlander would have gotten us over the top. Dude is dominant is ever.
