i seriously doubt that was james first drug experience. he was still chilling with the earplugs in. he just faded all the way out. i still love to do that on occasion, usually followed by an extended period of sobriety, but never while driving. thats moronic. would be surprised if it made him undesirable though. other than this he has been the model citizen. and it seems this isn't sticking to him.
He said all of this pre-Masarati. Now I'm thinking he might non-tender. The image of James with the earbuds on the side of the 101 is fresh in other GMs minds, and maybe no one wants him. So Ned can pick him up on the cheap. This is a brilliant stratagem for Ned - If gets Loney, he saves money. If he loses Loney, he saves even more money. Ether way Ned can sign four more 2Bmen.
He said this as recent as when the news came out, he said it wouldn' change his mind about tendering him. Also, Ned knew about it right when it happened and he said it after the date of incident that he'd tender him a contract
Was/Has Loney ever actually been charged with DUI? Arrested for suspicion of yes but has it resulted in any charges yet? What are the actual charges against him? I really am not sure.

Well, he is a bit of an oversized man driving a sports car. He seems really weak for his size also(no power). He could probably hit his head on the passenger door handle during a hard left turn. INNOCENT!
Has he been charged with anything yet? If so what? Have the tests come back yet or since they are confidential if negative for drugs is that how it will just die and go away?
