    The snub may be the best thing that could've happened...a springboard to a continuing HoF type career, and may the Dodgers reap the benefits in spades.

    Dakota (what?) Hudson has a 50/41 strikeout to walk ratio this season. Need to be patient at the plate and see if he gives us some free base runners. Max, do your thing.

    Besides, getting his pitch count up gets us into their pen, which has proven vulnerable over the first two games.

    i sure hope the trade deadline/all star break is the end of this muncy/bellinger futility
    it would be awesome for either one to come around but this is excruciating
    i guess as long as the team keeps winning we get to see more whiffing
    would seem both of them should be practicing bunting everyday
    at least they could contribute something

    With some defensive help, Anderson with a nice comeback game so far.
    Offense looking a bit fongoolish tonight against this guy Dakota, or Wyoming...whatever.

    Indeed, it is. Any time you can come out of St Louis with a series win, it's good.

    Yet I can't help but feel like I did with the Padres series... that we wasted away the sweep.

    Nice to see Anderson end the run subpar starts. They'd been on a great run before Julio's last start.

    Mookie makes difficult plays look routine. That fly ball in gap wasn't an easy play and throw to get Carlson speaks for itself.

    Lux isn't bad for a #9 hitter.

    caught myself complaining about not sweeping them to mom after last nights win
    no question we should have scored a lot more runs in game 1 but 2/3 against the birds still feels pretty good
    now to punch out analheim
