Seems like there's four different sets of prices, depending on the game. An interesting model. I almost always buy through stub hub but yeah... Not too bad and expected. People better fucking show up

Really? Had no idea. Love that we can buy tix for Yanks games though, last time you had to have a season ticket plan to buy through Dodgers

 

When can we purchase opening day tix?

 

I don't mind paying more if the team is good, so no complaints here. HOWEVER, people weren't filling the 56,000 seat stadium when the prices were dirt cheap, so I don't see how making people pay even more will increase attendance. I'm no businessman though, so maybe it's a strategy to create demand for tickets. idk. Just seems like we have far too many empty seats and some of these "3 star" games are just as meh as the 1 star ones.

 

January 26th I believe is when individual tickets go for sale. You thinking of going to opening day?

You have to go to fanfest on the 26th and get a wrist band to purchase opening day tickets from the Dodgers. Otherwise, after the 26th there will be tix on stubhub.

I was gonna go to opening day. Still might. But I really can't deal with the "defending champ" fags on opening day. Insufferable. I also love taking the day off to listen to the lead up show on the radio, pre game show on TV, and Vin on the tube.

 

StubHub it is homie. I would go to the Greinke game but I'd miss too much school since it's at night.

 

kinda sucks because I used to buy Dodgers/Giants tickets for like 10 bucks on stubhub. I assume because the tickets will be raised, so will stubhub but whatevs hopefully this gets asses in the seats

and I am going opening day and so should all of you. 2011 wasnt that bad after they won because there were as many cops as Giant fans lol

 

$30 for top deck seats, wow.

New Orleans Hornets/Pelicans do the same thing too. Pretty smart business-wise if you ask me.

 

Under their new deal with MLB, no more 1dollar seats. Now a 6 dollar minimum for anyone wondering.

I am planning on going to the Yankees series in NYC. Its a week before my bday and the PR/NYC tixs arent that expensive.

 

Are you serious?! That's horrible. Me and my friends used to go on StubHub 3 hours before the game and get dollar Yanks or Mets vs someone bad tickets at least once a week over the summer. Gotta pay 10 bucks now? Smh.

 

I'll be at both those games guaranteed.

 

Then I'll keep you posted if I go... I'll go with an old friend and for sure will be wasted by the 5th inning...
