    Your watching Hanley at short must have contributed to your poor assessment of what's fine at this position. .Uribe at short would be awful. He is really good at 3B but SS range is way fucking different. .haha I can picture that slob tryna cover that ground..lol.. no fucking way this happens in real life...

    yeah, but emphasis on was
    last time he played they're semi-regularly was 2010, when he was 31
    hanley has also been a SS most of his career... he'll be 31 in about 7 weeks
    the reason they're considering moving hanley to short is the same reason uribe was moved... defensive liability
    uribe could play there in a pinch, or an emergency, but you wouldn't want to throw him out there on a regular basis

    ^Common mistake but yeah shouldn't call someone an idiot if you don't know the difference. The stupid thing about that word is that it doesn't save a character, which I believe is why they invented it or am I wrong.

    Wouldn't it be great if Dee could just play SS so we wouldn't be having this debate? Too bad he throws the ball all over the IF there. Range would be outstanding though.

    And I'm sure you know why I was referring to him as being a dumb ass in the first place and it had nothing to do with grammar.

    I was just agreeing with SC so your problem is with him besides I was really only calling you a hypocrite which isn't a real insult. I could have wrote yeah what a dumb ass that blazer is but I didn't unless this conversation is going to keep going on then it MAY come up :D

    if Dee could handle SS we'd be looking to deal him in a year too to clear the way for Seager. nothing changes the fact that Seager's ETA is 2016.

    i'm more intrigued by Dee's ability to handle CF. Dodgers could make a move for Kendrick and dump Crawford if Dee could handle it. Joc needs a year in OKC, imo.
