Yes we do. I was responding to the we haven't done anything about the bullpen post from earlier.

We certainly have bull pen depth, quality to be determined. I wonder how much longer Wilson and League will occupy roster space. League was decent last year but they may want a more complete makeover.

They both are FA's after 2015 so while they can afford to dump big salaries like that I think we are stuck with them.

Yes but that is some valuable 25 man roster space during the regular season

It is but these guys did do some good things in the not so distant past so I think they'd have to be god awful for the FO to jettison.

We did add Hatcher which seems like a deal that flew under the radar. That might be a steal of a deal.

And if someone loses a closer or needs one, teams will definitely look at Wilson. And I'm sure if Drew can trade him, he will.

so Cole Hamels is now talking..says he wants to pitch for a winner next year -

He's asked about the importance of geography of potential suitors for him and admits that plays an important role for him. He mentioned the West Coast where his family is from and the Midwest where his wife's family is from as being ideal places to live so that his kids can be near their families.

But in the end? It's all about winning.

"For whatever city is going after winning, I think that could definitely change every perspective and every desire, because that trumps everything -- winning," Hamels said.

Cubs or Giants? putting a lil pressure on Amaro there.

Giants don't have the necessary pieces to pull of a Hamels trade. Cubs on the other hand do. I still think Hamels is Boston Bound.

Dodgers have addressed the bullpen somewhat in less flashy ways, which is what you should expect with Friedman.

I still wouldn't be opposed to signing one more guy.

I would be ok with Romo on a 2 year deal.

even if the Giants don't have the pieces, they can always go looking for a 3rd team

i predicted Hamels would end up with Boston too, but the problem with Boston is Hamels has to OK a trade to the Red Sox..and he just did an interview where he pretty much implied " Cubs/Giants/Dodgers/Angels ". basically, midwest or west coast. we'll see though. he's put some pressure on Amaro here because Philly isn't a place that forgets an interview like that one. it wasn't horrible, but Philly fans won't give a shit..they're probably gonna boo the hell out of Hamels if he stays. it could get a bit uglier than all parties would like.

It was the Dodgers, Pat Neshek said, that actually offered him the most money, although that’s before state income tax consideration.

Annoying. Would have been a big addition for the bullpen, but he picked less money to play for a 70 win team.
