    upset about giving up downs after the fact

    So now we get Betts, Graterol and Price and give up Downs, Maeda along with Verduci. This seems like a better deal than before and lose Downs. I like the trade and we have done well. I just wonder if Bostons owners will wake up tomorrow wondering if they got fleeced.

    This is a trade that may work out well for Boston down the road and us next year along with the Twins. Not so sure Boston is a market that is use to waiting til down the road for things to work out. Roeneke not hired yet so he can't weigh in and say great job we done well.
    That leaves Boston fans and the media. A great group to foster self esteem.

    I like the Graterol pickup. I was worried with Joc leaving, who would take his place? But it looks like Graterol is ready for the prime time fat jokes. Looking forward to 2020!
