I guess PCA is not a future Dodger. https://www.latimes.com/sports/stor...-cubs-pete-crow-armstrong-disses-dodgers-fans
He's not entirely wrong about Dodger fans but someone should educate him on what Cubs fans did to Bartman.
the young guys have to have all the confidence in the world in this system watching all of them this spring is awesome and the kid Miller looks like that guy that came to stay to everyones surprise
@SnavelyCody6 On Dodger Talk last night with David Vassegh, Chase Utley confirmed he’s working in a minor role with the Dodgers’ front office after returning to the US after spending the last three years in Europe.
I know it's brutal to say this, but here goes .... Roberts could ride his bike to work like Jack McKinney .... and Utley steps in as interim.... Just saying ....
@nypost · 1h Padres pitcher Matt Waldron out indefinitely after infection in his rear end. guessing in this case he was the catcher
Holy shit ... the Puds MANAGER Craig Stammen told the media the exact words.... I'd never play for that guy. Try "there's a medical issue" instead, huh? The guy has bad hemorrhoids & you're telling the world? What a jackass ....
@dodger_daily River Ryan...Welcome Back! How about 98 on the 4 seam and 92 on the slider for the K on the first hitter on re-entry. Ryan's fastball SAT 97 & touched 98....Wow! Slider was good, and he threw it the most, and it averaged 90! Ryan had Tommy John late in the season in 2024, spent all last season rehabbing, and now here he is. He AND his brother. The Tommy John will be nothing other than a blip on his radar. He fractured his back in High School, but continued to play as a 2-way at UNC Pembroke, but was mainly a shortstop. He got drafted by the Padres, still as a 2-way, then got traded to the Dodgers for Matt Beaty, and was moved to a pitcher only once he got here. So, he's a great athlete who thinks like a "baseball player" and not just a pitcher. In fact, ask around to those in the system as to who is the best athlete in the system, at any position, and see how high up the charts he is. #dodgers#dodgersprospects VIDEO HERE
@ChadMoriyama Bases loaded and one out for Zyhir Hope, gets buried 0-2, fights back to 2-2 and drills an oppo double on a pitch up and away. Cool. VIDEO great stuff
I know it's only spring training but Josue De Paula looks so fucking good at the plate I hope he can figure out how to be average defensively in LF
Am I the only one that feels slightly conflicted about the undefeated streak? I guess it's a combination of "save 'em for when it counts" and "they should be experimenting on new pitches, new batting stances, new positions in the field" instead of racking up wins. But then the counter is that on Wednesday they scored 10 runs and the only true starter in the starting lineup was Kim, which means they're winning with both veterans and prospects. It probably is just me... I just don't want these meaningless wins come too easy when suddenly it will be a lot more challenging come game one.
