no god bless america in the 7th. god bless i don't have to hear some under average wannabee stuff patriotism down my throat every game.
I just watched the replay and I fucking knew there was gonna be a TB comment about this haha. I miss it as well :/
Mark Walter is a foreign atheist. They didn't play I Love LA after the final out tonight. But a bunch of people complained about it on the twitter machine and radio so I expect they'll stop this nonsense.
when will there ever be a moment that someone will not find a reason to complain? welcome to the free world.
i am a hardcore randy fan. don't want no short people round here. just sayin there's no satisfying everybody. darths cooking pork on the 26th and thats gon be good for everyone unless it isn't right? outrage seems to rule the day.
Maybe the Guggs figure beating the Pirates to get to .500 doesn't deserve Randy? That's like a day at the office. The team can have Randy back when it does something good.
should have had randy sing the anthem on opening day imo big opportunity missed:thumbsdown: however... another -- perhaps even more apropos -- opportunity is awaiting us just down the road... world series, game 1... make it happen guggenheim... do not fail us again
not a huge samuel l jackson fan but that was hysterical when he suddenly appeared on the big screen. i looked like he was standing in the hill beyond the outfield. and he shouts "whats wrong with you LA? stand up and make some noise!" i laughed for five minutes but like TB pointed out i was tired so it may not have been that funny.
Thank god. Unacceptable last night. Hopefully they never pull that crap again. ANYONE can play another song. I Love LA is something only the Dodgers can play. Everyone loves it and embraces it. It's a catchy, unique, festive song that embodies what the Dodgers represent.
