spent some time out there in the 80’s and 90’s a lot of wind as i recall wasn’t that the area that had this hazardous gas leak conditions a couple years ago? idk anymore… can’t trust anyone with the media perpetuated propaganda
yeah its windy and it is the hazardous gas leak area used to ride mountain bikes back there but just hike it now kind of a crazy story that brought me there but hope you find time to visit someday its really a magical place in its own right feels like you get up out of the mess in the city below and people are civil and decent may trade that in for Ventura one day
@Finski I hope that you’re safe with all of the weather in Kentucky. From one Anaheim brother to another.
Thanks, brohim. Appreciate the good thoughts. We are just fine. No worries at all. Some sad stories N-NW of us however. As I type this, rain and gusty winds are shaking the redbud tree in our yard. We'll have TStorms & wind but that'll be all. The worst is past.
Figured you would bring some wind to Ky. Just not to that degree. Glad to hear you and yours are safe.
What I want to say to FSU ... What @irish will see and comment on ... What my hillbilly neighbor sees when I mow the yard in shorts ...
funny thing about kentucky… as far as cause for concern, adverse weather conditions fall a distant 2nd behind rafting trips with banjo serenades
Glamping here involves a blanket... to cover the tree stump you get bent over before Bill McKinney busts a move on you... Sooo ------Weeeeeeeee!!!
My dog barks when he senses a living being around. Be it man or beast. Yet he also barks at the moon. Dogs eyes see different than ours. And he sees rabbits in the dark. So maybe there's a hare up there? Or maybe the moon is made of spirit. And dogs see spirit. And spirit is light. And that spirit is smoke and mirrors. Magic that maps the oceans and the lands. Illuminated by the sun in the night sky. But not today because the fog machine is clouding our eyes.
In all seriousness... between @irish and I, our browser histories make Jeffrey Toobin look like Billy Graham.
wouldn’t worry authorities have been watching @rube since the mcmartin days we’re low on their surveillance list
hanging out w mom she likes to watch regular tv w the commercials i know hearing or having to mute especially annoying ones is part of the deal but that lincoln commercial WTF! its the one w fake snow being piped in and the lady singing "its a most unusual day" its in every single commercial break on every channel from what i can see must have a huge inventory they want to get rid of w all the popular cars having supply chain issues but what are they thinking? that annoying the shit out of the public will equal sales? maybe it does but i've never seen anything like it its getting played twice in one commercial break on the regular makes the pillow dick seem like a stranger lol
Anybody see " Bruised" on Netflix ? It's a Halle Berry directed film about an MMA fighter who hits the skids. It's pretty formula, but she has some good moments in it. Whatever you think of the film itself, realize she is 55 years old and watch watch she does physically in it, is pretty damn amazing. She's always been blessed with a beautiful body, but this is impressive.
