anyone have this surgery? The surgical procedure to release a tendon in the middle finger is called trigger finger release (or flexor tendon release), which is used to treat stenosing tenosynovitis, a condition where the tendon sheath becomes inflamed and restricts movement. Procedure Details: The surgeon makes a small incision in the palm to cut the tight portion of the tendon sheath (the A1 pulley), allowing the tendon to glide freely; the procedure typically takes 10–20 minutes and is often performed under local anesthesia. Recovery: Most patients can use their hand for light activity immediately, with stitches removed after 8–14 days and full healing taking approximately 6 weeks. Success Rate: The surgery has a high success rate of 90%–100%, with the middle finger being one of the most commonly affected digits. Risks: Potential complications are rare but include infection, nerve injury causing temporary numbness, or finger stiffness.
oh shit! yeah haha. its really weird and sudden but apparently if you worked w your hands a lot (as in heavy jerking) this happens. it started like six months ago and i started taking more b-12, magnesium etc. and it improved but some days its painful. turning a door knob its like the middle finger catches and pops. i was thinking my hands were going to start clawing up or something and increased push ups and stretches but it kind of stayed the same. ff to dinner w my favorite English Dr. who happens to be in town and he explained this procedure as in an out nbd. what a relief. was just curious if anyone else did it since apparently its fairly common for us handy guys.
well the wedding was spectacular. wasn't really prepared for the range of emotions. these kids are perfect for each other. cheers and may you all know the weird happiness i feel right now in your lives. oh and since the Dodgers swept while i was away...sorry but i don't have it in me to keep it up!
boomers remorse you break it, you buy it! good boomers apologize daily not as much as muslims pray but at least three times a day
Hoping none of you are anywhere near that Garden Grove chemical tank. I've a sister and brother in law who live in Garden Grove but are outside the evacuation zone.
My mom lives 4 miles north of it & the smell is bad enough that her church lady friends took her to Fullerton to be out of the way of it. Unbelievably irresponsible of that company to let this happen. They spent last year trying to manage a buyout and should have spent more time paying attention to safety standards.
she gotta go man that place is gonna blow luckily there is like 10 states in the state of california https://www.youtube.com/shorts/abf5U3XIM2
i used to work in risk management (for insurance co’s) back in the 1990’s problem is bigger companies will often opt to self-insure and have a TPA manage their claims that’s all well and good except they rarely know nothing about safety and are seldom in compliance a wet dream for OSHA but a nightmare for those affected

Have you seen any of the Pat O'Neil sets on KT? Newest regular, dude is great I wish Ari Matti was still able to perform but I think he's stuck in his shithole European country trying to get citizenship/green card
this stuff is ruling my life atm. gluten free and at $1.50 its like a perfect dessert. used to be a cozy shack guy and if i need chocolate pudding they are still a go to. but these guys have a perfect consistency for anyone who enjoys good tapioca. now you know. i guess Latinos aren't into tapioca cause Vallarta carries the brand heavily but not the tapioca. its all flans and flan types although the custard is decent.
