politicians are ok with relaxed weed laws
politicians buy a big chunk of the legal weed business
politicians start restricting and demonizing THC again but creating loopholes like THCA
politicians friends businesses grow and sell THCA
politicians ban regular old THC classic since it is competition
now you cant grow weed anymore and have to buy their THCA
which is technically still has THC as it is its predecessor and will convert to THC when you apply heat to it

but you can ferment some grains in a cask with water and yeast and wait till it ferments and drink the wash once
technically its got alcohol in it but its not whiskey and at best a weak fruity beer

that is like saying why is there blue laws on the books that says oral and anal are illegal
why is marijuana illegal federally yet the government is not raiding all those weed shops
there are many local and federal laws that are not enforced due to being antiquated and no longer of a service to the community
