My immediate reaction to DT's address was to pray for our troops, president, and for Iran. Not my normal disposition, but that's where my mind went.
I work with someone from Iran who is elated.
We won't know whether this is a success or failure in real time.
Some people's first reaction is to call the president a traitor....like "comedian" Dave Smith (I actually respect that this guy sticks to his principles, but put "comedian" in quotes because I've never heard a funny thing come out of his mouth. Not to be a boomer/gatekeeper, but I'm starting to miss the days when you had to primarily do standup, half hour sitcoms, and movies to call yourself a comedian. The podcast comedian/political commentator era got old fast).

 

It's the only thing they understand...the religious zealots worship death anyway. It had to be Trump...they all hate him anyway. No one else would do it, that's for fucking sure.

of course the first news i was hearing on BBC was that 40 girls at school (now 85 and growing apparently) were killed by a US/Israeli bomb
i hope it didn't happen but when the liberal media and every social media site has a major spam campaign it certainly seems a cohesive talking point
no other details but this one can't be disputed and we're child killers
they also continue to call him "Supreme Leader"as though he is in any way deserving of such a title whether or not the insane ever referred to him as such

have no idea where things go from here but i hope for the safety of all in the military and a short non protracted war

a key is going to be how much support the surrounding countries provide DJT and Netanyahu in this endeavor
DJT really did a fantastic job of building up a regional foundation the last year and now we'll see how strong it is
i guess UAE condemned the missile attacks by Iran so at least that's something
